why after lunch? or 1 pm?

in consideration of some conflict, like going to church in the morning (for the participants) and setting up the place and events (prepare the kois, take pictures, packing and prepare the venue), we find it more favorable when conducting the said releasing of kois @ 1 pm... those who have some important thing to do on the same day and time, please inform us in advance so we can arrange our time fairly... anyway drawing of numbers man, i think fair gyapon sya.
