bag-o ko dri sa forum.. nagbuhi nakog isda sauna karang trapal ra nya niundang ky gipatay sa ako manghud tanan ky wa pay buot..ehehe..

mao ni ako pond wa pay sud koi og filter.. short pa sa budget..


ang tiles sobra ra sauna.. ako ra gitaod..

ang water capacity kay mga 30 gallons karang sa water dispenser.. hehehe


paganahan sa nako sa koi ako parents aron musugot cla magbuhat ko mas dako2 nga pond...

nice pond bai, himo nalang ka filter para nindot dayon imo water kung naa na koi maglangoy2 diha

nice man diay bai thads... suggest nako sa side imong filter tas tabunan og plants like fortune plant or chinese bamboo. igo2 tabunan ang filter pot or pale or nevertheless drum barrel filter if dunay budget... pwede na at least 500 liters per hour imong water pump...

next week tingali palit kog drum og filter..

nice mini pond sir... gagmay na koi lang una ang ibutang nganha sir para dili ka magproblema sa stocking nimo.. happy fish keeping!!

mga 5 ka 5-7in. size nga koi akong ibutang sir.. nagpalit nko submersible pump gnha nya.. ugma tingali ko palit barrel asa daghan baligya nga barato sir? rectangular unta ang porma aron mapasok ra sa kilid sa pond.

naa nkoy nabuhat nga filter...hahaha..bati au pagkabuhat.. koi nlng kuwang... palit unta ko sa kcc..mahal au..d makaya...

sa 25 na lang ta adtoa bai thads... mas better didtoa much lesse compare sa kcc... kita kits

goodluck sa koi hunting bai thads.. just remember not to get carried away sa stocking.. daghan nice kois ila utol just enjoy the process of choosing the best koi for you..

if the water is flowing then dili puyan sa lamok.. ipa cycle na daan imong pond bai thads para ma-colonize na sa mga BB.. happy fish keeping..

naa nako koi duha kabuok.. murag test fish para sa pond. sa aquaden nako gipalit.

manol pa og tawo... pero nalingaw nako sa ako koi..

good bai thads... ala ginalamok ang atong barrel filter but prone sa blood worms w/c will develop after mature imong filter but can be minimzed by putting gotu kola at the top of our filters... although such bloodworms are beneficial to our fish specially those commenced fish together with koi such as angelfish, barbs live bearers (which acts various responsibility for the our pond & kois like eating some eww fice lice, fin root, bloodworms etc.) some MAY be harmful if not controlled w/c can cause fish disease INTERNALLY as well as parasites.... and also the treatment is difficult that cannot be just merely treating the WATER quality conditions itself. (that is also why mapansin nimo sa isa ka aquarium sa isa ka petshop says puro gf may ginahalo other kind of fish....)



another thing bai thads... tama gyud nang imong gibuhat as test the pond with fish... ask lang nako unsa imong tubig ginagamit? gripo o poso? i mean chlorinated or not? if chlorinated give at least about 15 to 20 minutes before putting the fish & oxygen pump (although medyo O.A pero helpful tips i've learned in different foums)

also observed the so called pond cycle process or what they said "new tank syndrome"... the nitrates and nitrites cycle which eventually creates bacteria coming from fish digest ammonia - nitrites (harmful) - nitrates (good & makes algae growth providing good water quality conditions & oxygen).... thats why kailangan gyud na atong water change once a week or another at least 10% or more... for the water quality will increase fo our JEWELS (Kois).... hope this helps.....

ayaw goldfish bai thads kay luoy intawun kaau ang mga goldfish.. use angelfish or guppy..

naa ko planta ana... hehe joke naa q daghan starter nianing gotu kola.... use low quality fish for test pond.... kung gripo at least 3 tablespoon of salt para maneutralize ph sa water, okey ra man may chlorine, but kailangan gyud istay put sa nimo ang bag o filled water pond at least about 20 minutes with salt....

this is one of the main reason why there is a need to cycle our pond ahead of time(roughly 2-3 weeks) to jump-start the growth of BB. in some cases, there's a need for frequent WC to do away with the residue of the construction of the pond itself.. enjoy man na bai thads kay ma test pud nimo imong patience with koi keeping..

uling lang bai thads pawala sa baho or palit ka activated carbon sa gaisano.
